FUEL SURCHARGE POLICY:
As fuel prices continue to fluctuate, our Fuel Surchage percentage is variable and will be adjusted according to the following scale:
- Under $2.49/gallon = 10% Fuel Surcharge
- Between $2.50-$2.74/gallon = 15% Fuel Surcharge
- Above $2.75/gallon = 18% Fuel Surcharge

- All rates include 20% Chauffeur Gratuity and an 18% Fuel Surcharge. ALL DIESEL VEHICLES CARRY A 20% FUEL SURCHARGE.
- Hourly transportation includes chilled water, ice and soft drinks.
- Wedding packages (red carpet service/just married signs/napkins) are included in price, if requested.
- Day rates and Overnight rates are available upon request.
- We reserve the right to upgrade vehicles, at no additional charge, on hourly transportation.
- Sunday thru Thursday hourly rates may be negotiable - please call for details.
- The above rates are not applicable on New Year's Eve and Prom Season.

DFW transfer rates are based on a Zip Code to Zip Code formula. Please review our Zip Code rate sheet for Sedan transfers.

- All the above rates are curb-side chauffeur meets - See additional rates below for Baggage Meet and International Customs arrival fees.
- Addison Airport Rates are generally $5.00 less than the DFW/Love Field Rates. Please call for details.
- Meacham Airport and Alliance Airport transfer rates are available upon request.
**NOTE: The H2 Hummer Limousine has VERY LIMITED luggage space. Additional luggage Van available at a discounted rate - ask your reservationist.
Additional Fees
- $15.00 for Baggage Meets.
- $15.00 for International Arrivals.
- $15.00 for each 1/4 hour of wait time on departures (charged on the 16th minute after scheduled departure time).
- $15.00 for each additional stop on transfers.
- $15.00 for Departures prior to 5am.
- 2 hr. Minimum on arrivals between 12am and 5am (base rate + 1 hr. when base rate is higher than hourly rate).
- $25.00/hr for each hour delay due to inclement weather.
- $40.00 for Gate Meet @ DFW (Not available at Dallas Love Field - Subject to availability)
Non-DFW/Love Field Transportation Rates
Superior One Transportation is your Worldwide Transportation Specialist. Please call for rates for Airport and Hourly transportation worldwide.
Cancellation Policy
Superior One Transportation has a 2 hour Cancellation policy for Airport Transfers and a 48 hour Cancellation policy on hourly transportation (Note: Different Cancellation policies are in effect for New Year's Eve and Prom Season - Please call for details).
2012 Prom Rates
- Payment MUST be received in FULL no later than 7 days before the scheduled Prom run when paying by cash or check. When paying by Credit Card – the card will be charged in FULL 7 days prior to scheduled Prom run.
- There is a strict 7 day cancelation policy – NO REFUNDS.
